At Integrative Wellness we take a whole-body approach - assessing the entire kinetic chain to help achieve optimal wellness, physical fitness, and your personal lifestyle goals. We begin by addressing old injuries and physical imbalances using Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) muscle testing to uncover underlying dysfunctions. From there we shift focus to lifestyle habits - recognizing the often overlooked impact of burnout on the central nervous system-and work to develop personalized strategies that promote recovery, reset, and resilience.
We believe that healing and balance start from within and that includes how and when you nourish your body. We offer education and guidance on fasting as a natural and science-backed tool to help balance hormones, boost energy, and support weight loss when nothing else seems to work!

In your initial appointment, we discussed key concepts and/or goals that I would be educating and guiding you on through this program, such as fasting lifestyle, diet variation, blood sugar interpretation, detoxification, and how to time all of that to your hormonal cycle.
