About Me

Hi, I’m Sandra — a Certified Pilates Instructor, Women's Health Coach, and Nutritional Coach passionate about helping women feel strong, seen, and empowered in every season of life.
With nearly two decades in the fitness industry, movement has always been my medicine. In 2022, I began to notice something had shifted. The workouts and nutrition routines that once worked like magic suddenly felt ineffective. I was gaining weight, feeling frustrated, and hearing the all-too-familiar refrain: “It’s just perimenopause.”
I dove headfirst into research and education — not just to help myself, but to help other women who were feeling lost and unheard too. I became a Certified Women's Health Coach through The Women’s Health Institute in 2024.
My curiosity didn’t stop there. I wanted to go deeper — and became a Certified Nutritional Coach.Now, I combine my 18+ years of fitness experience with a holistic, hormone-informed approach to women's health.
